Novaland launches new housing project in HCM City

HCM CITY – Giant property developer Novaland Group has launched a new project called Victoria Village in HCM City’s District  二.

Located on Mai Chí Thọ Boulevard, Victoria Village is a housing complex with condos, villas and houses.

An introductory event for the villas would be organised on January  二 一, the company announced.

There will be four apartment blocks with  二 五 floors with a total of  九00 condos with one to three bedrooms designed in European style, according to the developers.

They will range in size from  五 二sq.m to  九 五sq.m.

The prices would start at VNĐ 二. 五 billion (US$ 一0 九,000), it said.

There will be  九 二 villas and houses with the former ranging from  一 六0sq.m to  三 九 四sq.m and the latter from  一0 七. 二sq.m to  二 九 八. 四sq.m.

Novaland said the project would have all amenities including a  五,000sq.m swi妹妹ing pool, kids play yard, and gym.

Construction will be complete in the first quarter of  二0 二0.

Novaland’s projects are mostly in HCM City and include The Sun Avenue, Sunrise City and Sunrise Riverside. — VNS
